Clients who purchase a Paid-Up licensing option can install and run the software on their computing hardware indefinitely. All new Paid-Up license sales come with one year of Enhancement and Support (E&S) maintenance agreements. E&S includes technical product support, licensing support, and access to all new software releases, updates and error fixes for the E&S agreement term. Most clients opt to extend their E&S agreements on an annual basis to ensure they always use the most up-to-date versions and receive uninterrupted technical support.
All software solutions can be purchased on a 3-month and 12-month subscription term. Subscription licensing includes standard Enhancement and Support (E&S) maintenance agreements for the subscription period. E&S includes technical product support, licensing support, and access to all new software releases, updates and error fixes for the duration of the E&S maintenance agreement. E&S is automatically renewed when the subscription license is renewed.
All subscription licenses require software installations on the client’s computers.
Licensing Scope: Standalone or Network Installation
All software licenses may be purchased as a standalone installation or a network installation. Standalone licenses are configured so that the software executes on a single machine only. A network license can be set to have one or more seats (actively running product instances) that execute on different computers.
Network licenses may be LAN (local area networked) or WAN (wide area networked). LAN licensing is best suited for smaller offices, whereas WAN is best suited to a larger company with multiple office locations.
